PassLifeUK is an independent online platform that helps learners prepare for the Life in the UK Test. We are not connected with the UK government, the Home Office or the official Life in the UK Test in any way.
2. Using our website
By accessing this website you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you will use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, copy large parts of the content or share your account with other people.
3. Accounts and security
When you create an account you must provide accurate information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity carried out under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact us quickly.
4. Premium access and payments
Some features of PassLifeUK are free and some require a one‑time premium payment. Payments are processed securely by third‑party providers such as Stripe and we do not store full card details. Unless a refund is required by law, all payments are non‑refundable once access has been granted.
5. Intellectual property
All text, questions, explanations, design and branding on this website are owned by PassLifeUK or used with permission. You must not copy, redistribute, sell or publicly display any content from the site without written consent from us.
6. No guarantee of exam success
Our practice questions and study tools are designed to support your preparation, but we cannot promise that you will pass the official Life in the UK Test. Your result depends on your own study, understanding and performance on the day.
7. Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be error‑free or available without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassLifeUK will not be responsible for any loss or damage that arises from using this website or relying on its content.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make important changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
